• Course access and all instructional materials are delivered electronically via familymedacademy.com after successful payment and enrollment.

• You will receive login credentials and access instructions by email.

2. Certificates

• Digital certificates are issued via the learner dashboard on familymedacademy.com upon successful completion.

• Physical certificates may be issued on request and may incur additional shipping costs, which will be communicated before shipment.
