1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  1. You must submit a written refund request within 30 days of completing the course.

  2. You must explain why the program did not meet your expectations.

  3. Active participation in the program’s scheduled modules may be required.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to:

Include the following:

  • Your full name

  • Course title

  • Purchase date

  • Order number

  • Reason for requesting a refund

3. Refund Processing

  • All refund requests will be reviewed fairly by our team.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval via the original payment method.

  • Refunds will exclude any non‑refundable transaction charges.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available if:

  • You change your mind after completing the course.

  • The course was purchased through a third‑party reseller or marketplace.
